The Stitched House
The Brief
Designed for a joint family of three generations across three interconnected homes, this project began with a single idea: unity within individuality. A bespoke bronze inlay — literally a stitch — runs through skirtings, marble, and timber across every floor, threading the separate households into one cohesive whole.
Warm materials anchor the design throughout: Armani bronze marble, fluted timber walls, limestone, and reeded glass, paired with a curated collection of contemporary paintings, textile works, and sculptural metal pieces, including a treasured vintage pop-art canvas passed down through the family. Bespoke lighting installations, custom furniture, and hand-selected statement pieces complete each space.
The result is a home defined by balance, natural materiality, and quiet luxury — timeless, warm, and unmistakably the family's own.
